M. Jean-Luc KONAN was a non-executive of UBA Gabon (United Bank Africa). M. Konan was also Former Regional Director in charge of Angola and Gabon at ECOBANK Group. He was the regional Director in charge of Expansion Projects (Gabon,Congo Brazzaville,DRC,Angola,TChad). He was Former Director of West Africa department « Non Presence countries » of Barclays Bank. He holds an MSc of Banking and Finance from ESC-Toulouse.

After obtaining a Master in Economics and Finance at the Catholic University of Louvain, Mr. Massamba was first Consultant at KPMG before becoming Senior Manager at Accenture and Executive Director at Ernst & Young. From KPMG to Accenture, he reinforced his skills by counseling banks and multinationals in Europe in the optimization of their business models.
